  • Dag RASMUSSEN

    Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

    Management

    Dag is from Norway and has a degree from ESSEC Business School. He joined the group in 1988 as International Financial Controller. He pursued his career in Belgium at Press Shop then AMP where he became Managing Director in 1996. In 1999, he was promoted to Deputy CEO of Lagardère Travel Retail. He has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lagardère Travel Retail since 2011. He loves to travel and discover new places.

  • Frédéric CHEVALIER

    Regional COO

    Management

    A graduate of l’Ecole Nationale des Ponts & Chaussées and Paristech, Frédéric joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2008 as EVP in charge of Strategy, Innovation and Sustainable Development. Prior to that he had worked in private equity and management consulting. In 2014, Frédéric was promoted to Chief Business Officer and became Chief Operating Officer for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in 2017.

  • Ambroise FONDEUR

    Ambroise is a graduate of HEC Paris. He joined the group in 1993 in various financial positions in France and North America, before becoming CFO of retail operations in North America. In 2000, he returned to France where he held positions in Business Development, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Marketing and Innovation in the global duty free division before becoming CEO in 2011. He has been Chief Business Officer since 2017. Ambroise has a keen interest in music, from classical to rap.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Having graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and the Sorbonne University, Luc started his career at LMPI in Montreal in 1991. After a move to Ernst & Young, he returned to Lagardère Travel Retail in 1994 as International Financial Controller. From 1996 to 1999 he was Director of the Financial Planning Department, then Financial Director of the North American division. In 1999 he became CFO of Lagardère Travel Retail. Luc moved to Sydney in 2006 to become Managing Director of Lagardère Travel Retail Pacific. In 2009, he returned to Europe to run the Swiss retail division, before rising to Group CFO of Lagardère Travel Retail in 2011. Luc loves traveling, skiing and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

  • Jean-Baptiste MORIN

    Regional COO and Chief Talent & Organization Officer

    Jean-Baptiste, a graduate of HEC Paris, joined the group in Canada in 1989 as Financial Analyst, and was VP of Operations at Lagardère Services from 1997 to 2000. After four years as CEO at Lapker in Hungary, he became President & CEO of our North American travel retail operations. Jean-Baptiste then took charge of the global duty free division as CEO in 2007 and in 2011 he became CEO of our wholesale and distribution operations. By 2014 he was again on the other side of the Atlantic as COO of Lagardère Travel Retail for the Americas. He still holds that position today in addition to that of Chief Talent & Organization Officer. Jean-Baptiste enjoys books and music, and mountaineering.

  • Emmanuel de PLACE

    Regional COO

    Management

    Both a French and Canadian citizen, Emmanuel is a graduate of ESCP Europe. He joined the group in 1996 as Marketing & Commercial Director of distribution operations in Canada. From 2002 to 2007 he was Managing Director of Lagardère Travel Retail Romania, then EVP in charge of Central and Eastern Europe until 2010. Since then he has been Chief Operating Officer of the Asia-Pacific region and Group Innovation Sponsor since 2017. Emmanuel is a scuba diver and he loves Corsica.

  • Vincent ROMET

    CEO of Lagardère Travel Retail France & Regional COO

    Management

    A graduate of HEC Paris, Vincent joined the group in 1997 as Director of the Airports, Hotels and Motorways network at Relay France. Between 2000 and 2005 he was Sales Director at Relay France, then EVP in charge of Central and Northern Europe until 2007. He then took General Manager roles at SSP and St Gobain before returning to Lagardère Travel Retail as Regional COO for EMEA in 2011. In December 2016, he was made CEO of Lagardère Travel Retail France and COO for the UAE and KSA.

  • Mélanie Guilldou

    Executive VP Foodservice Global

    Management

    A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Melanie started her career at Agapes Group, then worked at Sodexo as B2B Marketing Manager for 6 years. She joined SSP in 2008 as Marketing & Business Development Director in charge of France and Benelux. After a short period at Carrefour Property, she joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2016 as an EVP to manage the Foodservice business line globally. Melanie is a foodie and explores new foods and drinks with her family whenever she can.

  • Isabelle Hérault

    Executive Vice President Human Resources & Communication

    Management

    Isabelle, a graduate of IGS, held several HR positions in multinational companies between 1999 and 2006. That year, she joined Elior where she developed the training department before serving as HR Manager. She later moved to Celio in an HR Development role. She joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2017 as EVP Human Resources and Communication. In her spare time Isabelle enjoys reading poetry, cooking and being with her two children.

  • Lucio Rossetto

    CEO of Lagardère Travel Retail Italy

    After graduating in aeronautical engineering, Lucio worked in Germany for BMW Rolls-Royce Aeroengines in Germany, then moved into consulting, working for Roland Berger (1996-1999) and McKinsey Italy (1999-2006). In 2006, Lucio joined Coop, as Hypermarket & Non-Food Director in Bologna before being promoted to CEO of Coop Sicily. He joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2015, as CEO of Italy. He loves winter skiing and Mediterranean summer flavors.

    Gregg Paradies

    President and CEO of Paradies Lagardère

    Gregg graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and was selected for the Executive Training Program at Macy’s before joining the family business in 1987 as manager of hotel properties. In 1991, he was promoted to Regional Vice President and, in 2000, he became COO. By 2004, he was made President and CEO, and has sustained the company’s track record of 58 consecutive years of profitability since its founding in 1960. Gregg leads Paradies Lagardère with unwavering attention to service across its store and restaurant operations.

  • Lylian Vignau

    CEO of Lagardère Travel Retail/Duty Free Global

    Management

    Lylian, a graduate of ESSEC and an agronomist, began his career in Australia with Rémy Cointreau in 1991. He joined the global retailer Casino in 1995 where he held different management positions in Latin America, France, and finally Switzerland as Director of Global Sourcing. In 2014 he joined beauty retailer Sephora Europe & Middle East as Head Merchant before taking the position of CEO at the duty free division of Lagardère Travel Retail in 2017.
